KISMIF, DAY 3

On the third day KISMIF Conference 2016 goes into cruise speed, maintaining an extended scientific and cultural offer.

For today there are several highlights on schedule. In the context of conferences, the Faculty of Arts and Humanities will be the privileged spot of the day, with Lucy Robinson at 10h00, Don Letts at 11h15, Gina Arnold at 12h00 and numerous parallel sessions throughout this Tuesday.

Also with regard to exhibitions the Faculty will be the center of attention, with openings from Esgar Acelerado, Mr. Fields and Collective ZineFestPT. It will also opened an exhibition of scientific magazines devoted to KISMIF themes. At Rádio Bar, the collective exhibition “DIY DIY My Darling! Zines & Records”.

On book launches, the action is set to Cibermúsica room, at Casa da Música, where at 19h45 Alastair Gordon presents “Crass reflection” and at 20h15 Subcultures Network launches “Fight Back: Punk, Politics and Resistance”.

In the evening, at 21h30 is projected at Teatro Rivoli, the documentary “PUNK: Attitude” directed by Don Letts, followed by live act from The Twist Connection and Slice of Life, the new Steve Ignorant project.

For the closure, DJ set by Álvaro Costa, at Rádio Bar, starting at 1h00.
